• In case of a pricing error, we will contact you before shipping.
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery Terms
• Delivery timelines are estimated (e.g., 1–3 working days).
• We partner with trusted logistics providers like ABC Logistics, GIG, Uber, and Kwik.
• Customers must be available to receive their packages; failed deliveries may incur extra fees.
5. Payment Options
• We accept Paystack, bank transfers, and Pay on Delivery (in select cities).
• For POD, customers must be available to receive and pay at the time of delivery.
• For large orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
6. Returns & Refunds
• Returns must be requested within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days after return approval.
• Some products (e.g., clearance or digital items) are non-returnable.
