You Can Request a Return If:
• You received the wrong item or product variant
• The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
• The item is not working as described (within 24–48 hours)
• You reported the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the item
• The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
Products That Cannot Be Returned
• Items damaged after use or mishandled
• Software or digital products
• Accessories without their original packaging
• Items marked “clearance,” “promo,” or “non-refundable”
How to Request a Return
Steps:
1. Report issue via WhatsApp within 48 hours
2. Provide your order number, product photo, and reason
3. Our team will review and approve the request
4. Return shipping instructions will be sent to you
5. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, refund or replacement will be processed
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit, within 2–5 working days of confirming your return.
In some cases, a small handling or logistics fee may be deducted.
